- Investigate complex production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issues through resolution
- Analyze logs, traces, monitoring data, and application behavior to diagnose system anomalies
- Troubleshoot distributed systems, microservices, integrations, and high-volume data flows
- Support and optimize Redis-based workloads, caching strategies, and platform performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Participate in on-call rotations and communicate incident impact and resolution plans to stakeholders
- Contribute to knowledge sharing, observability improvements, and platform stability initiatives
You have
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and Redis
- Experience designing, operating, and troubleshooting microservice-based architectures
- Proven experience supporting production systems and managing live incidents
- Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with REST API integrations and distributed systems
- Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably GCP
