Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Semarchy xDM data models aligned with business needs.
- Configure business rules, validations and enrichment logic.
- Implement and optimize matching rules, duplicate detection and merge strategies.
- Define and manage survivorship rules for accurate golden record creation.
- Manage merge and unmerge processes while ensuring data traceability.
- Design and maintain workflows for data governance and stewardship.
- Collaborate with business and data stakeholders to translate requirements.
- Participate in unit testing, defect fixing and documentation.
Total Experience Expected: 04–06 years
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Semarchy xDM.
- Deep understanding of matching processes, survivorship and golden record management.
- Experience handling duplicate management and merging strategies.
- Advanced SQL and data modeling expertise.
