What will I be doing?
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:
- Providing customers with an amazing experience, helping with sizes or styles, purchases, and returns.
- Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms, keeping the stockroom tidy and well organised.
- Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points and processing queries, voids, and returns.
- Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries; moving products to the shop floor and ensuring they are correctly priced.
Who you are

- You’re passionate about people and creating amazing experiences.
- You’re honest, a strong communicator, and able to listen, share ideas, and get involved where needed.
- You have good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- You’re a team player with high motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- You’re interested in fashion and the latest looks.
- Ideally, you have some experience working within a busy retail environment.
Pay
The starting base hourly rate for this role is $17.50. This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark. The pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s geographic region of work.
