What will I be doing?
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Responsibilities include:
- Providing customers with an amazing experience, including helping with sizes and styles, purchases, and returns
- Setting up and maintaining a good-looking shop floor, tidy fitting rooms, and an organized stockroom
- Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points and processing queries, voids, and returns
- Receiving, unpacking, and checking new deliveries
- Putting products on the shop floor and ensuring they are correctly priced and meet high standards

Pay
The starting base hourly rate for this role is $17.00. This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark. The pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s geographic region of work.
Physical requirements and accommodations
This position requires the ability to constantly stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, on hard-surface floors. Colleagues must frequently bend, stoop, crouch, reach at or above shoulder level, and lift, carry, push, and pull merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 pounds. Occasional team lifts may involve items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Colleagues must perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, including handling merchandise, operating cash registers or point-of-sale systems, and using handheld devices. The role may involve movement throughout the sales floor and stockroom, stairs or ladders, and varying temperatures.
