What will I be doing?
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Responsibilities include:
- Providing customers with an amazing experience, including help with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns.
- Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms, keeping the stockroom tidy and well organised.
- Delivering a fast, friendly, efficient experience at till points and processing queries, voids, and returns.
- Receiving, unpacking, and checking off new deliveries; moving products to the shop floor and ensuring they are correctly priced.

Pay and physical requirements
The starting base hourly rate for this role is $15.25. This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark.
The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, and lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling merchandise and fixtures. Colleagues may occasionally participate in team lifts for items weighing up to 50 pounds and may receive training on equipment such as balers and pallet jacks.
