Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum best practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.
- Monitor sprint execution, team performance, and delivery progress using Agile metrics and KPIs.
- Track and report metrics including velocity, sprint burndown, burnup, capacity utilization, release readiness, and predictability.
- Support PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt workshops, and cross-team coordination within SAFe frameworks.
- Drive continuous process improvement and promote Agile governance standards.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and foster high-performing, self-organized teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM-I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.
- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams in complex project environments.
- Experience in stakeholder management, facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership.
Technical Skills
- Agile delivery tools such as Jira and Agility.
- Collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, and SharePoint.
- Dashboard creation, KPI tracking, burndown and burnup analysis, capacity planning, and release tracking.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in SAFe Agile transformations and large-scale Agile delivery programs.
- Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, SAP, ERP, or enterprise application projects.
- Experience supporting global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
Qualifications
B.E., BTech, or MCA.
