SAP Solution Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP (Presales) Solution Manager to lead the design, demonstration, and presentation of integrated SAP solutions that address client needs. This role is pivotal in the sales cycle, focusing on crafting innovative and competitive SAP solutions while supporting business development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives through discovery meetings and workshops.
• Design and present tailored SAP solutions, including live demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Manage RFI and RFP response processes and collaborate with sales teams to craft winning strategies.
• Develop comprehensive, technically viable SAP solutions incorporating multiple modules and functionalities.
• Align solutions with SAP Activate methodologies and integrate technical and financial scenarios.
• Work with Atos practices, delivery teams, and external partners to create winning proposals.
• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the Atos team.
• Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitor landscapes.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, solutioning, and presales across multiple SAP modules, preferably SAP Logistics.
• More than 12 years of overall SAP experience.
• General knowledge of the SAP AMS lifecycle; familiarity with ITSM tools and SLA concepts is a plus.
• Involvement in at least three end-to-end lifecycle implementation projects.
• Experience designing complex solutions with SAP components.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Expertise in SAP presales, including live demonstrations and proof-of-concept creation.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Activate methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Business fluency in English.
