Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of business processes within the Sales and Distribution functional area.
- Work independently and effectively as part of a project team on implementation, rollout, or application maintenance projects.
- Communicate with customers to understand and collect relevant requirements.
- Participate in business workshops and conduct Fit-to-Standard analysis.
- Configure and customize SAP Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain solutions in alignment with customer requirements.
- Write blueprint documents and specifications for developers.
- Create project documentation, including training materials for application users.
- Support customers in their daily work in the productive system.
- Foster productive working relationships with related business partners and continuously identify areas for improvement.
- Cooperate across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, including researching OSS notes.
- Use enhancement techniques such as user exits, enhancement points, and BAdIs; this is advantageous but not obligatory.
- Understanding of the SAP Fiori launchpad is an advantage.
Job requirements
- At least 3 years of solid experience in the Sales and Distribution area.
- English proficiency at B2 level, with confident communication with stakeholders; no certificate is required.
- Proficiency in Serbian.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
