SAP R2R CONSULTANT

Atos is hiring an SAP R2R Consultant / Solution Architect to design and implement Record to Report solutions for ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations and future rollouts.

About the role

The Solution Architect – R2R will architect and implement solutions for Record to Report processes within client financial systems. The role involves working with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design effective solutions, and align delivery with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect solutions for general ledger accounting, financial close, consolidation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and identify improvements in reporting and compliance.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including process flows, data models, and integration requirements.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with best practices and industry standards.
• Guide development teams throughout implementation.
• Build templates for future rollouts.
• Conduct testing and validation of R2R solutions.
• Stay current with finance and accounting industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Provide training to key users.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a Solution Architect, focused on Record to Report processes.
• Experience building client-specific process templates using BPML and SAP Best Practice templates.
• Experience delivering S/4HANA Best Practice solutions through go-live.
• Ability to conduct process and data workshops, finalize templates, support UAT and go-live, and coordinate between India and client or business teams.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulatory requirements, IFRS, and GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
