Job Description

• Bring 7–10 years of design, implementation or consulting experience with SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) and fair knowledge of SAP QM processes.
• Have worked on at least two end-to-end implementation projects, including pilot template build and deployment, regional rollouts and support.
• Experience in at least one S/4HANA project is preferred.
• Apply strong business process knowledge and consulting skills.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with teams and stakeholders using tools such as JIRA and ALM for test case writing.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, creative, proactive, independent and analytical approach.
• Be customer-oriented, target-oriented, collaborative, structured and willing to challenge the status quo.
• Hold a professional graduation qualification and be willing to travel to customer locations as required.

Work Experience

• Domain expertise in Production Planning with fair knowledge of SAP QM processes.
• Understand template design and identify country- or region-specific rollout gaps.
• Have SAP rollout project experience, especially in SAP PP processes.
• Have knowledge of demand management, MRP, capacity planning and production order management using discrete production.
• Have experience with enhancements using user exits and BAPIs.
• Have experience with SAP and non-SAP interfaces, including ALE and IDocs.
• Understand integration with SAP MM, SD and PM modules.
• Have strong client-facing experience.
• Have thorough knowledge of production master data, planning scenarios, demand management, MRP, shop-floor control, subcontracting, engineering change management and batch processes.
• Have exposure to Production Resource Tools management.
• Be able to configure systems, manage master data changes and understand end-to-end process flows.
• ABAP technical knowledge is desirable.
• Be able to design functional specifications and end-user training documents.
• Have experience with EDI setup and interfaces to external systems.

Noida or Chennai.

Qualifications

BTech, MTech or MCA.
