Job Description
We are seeking a talented SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant with expertise in SuccessFactors. You will design, develop and implement integration solutions between SuccessFactors and external systems, including migration from Dell Boomi to SAP CPI.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure and test SAP CPI integration scenarios according to best practices and standards.
- Implement integrations between SuccessFactors and HRIS, payroll, time management and recruiting systems.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP CPI and SuccessFactors integrations.
- Identify and resolve integration issues, perform root cause analysis and ensure solution stability and performance.
- Develop and execute test plans, collaborate with QA teams, and support deployment and post-go-live activities.
- Document integration designs, configurations and technical specifications, and maintain knowledge repositories.
Skills and Qualifications
- SAP CPI and SuccessFactors certifications are preferred.
- Four or more years of SAP CPI development experience in interface projects.
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations, including Employee Central, Performance Management and Learning Management.
- Experience with CompoundEmployee API (SFAPI), SuccessFactors OData API, multiple employment profiles and organizational information interfaces.
- Knowledge of BTP cockpit and tenant setup.
- Experience with HTTP, FTP/SOAP, OData, Mail, SFTP, SuccessFactors and JMS adapters.
- Experience with web service implementation, key-based and certificate-based authentication, XSLT, message mapping, Groovy, Java scripting and XML, JSON, CSV and EDI data converters.
- BE, BTech or MCA qualification.
- Total experience expected: 8–10 years.
