Job Description

We are seeking an SAP MM Techno Functional professional with 6+ years of experience.

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA is required.
• Willingness to perform in a techno-functional capacity.
• Strong requirement gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management.
• Basic SQL and data validation skills, plus familiarity with test management tools.
• Hands-on experience in system testing, BAT, UAT, data migration validation, and test data creation.
• Experience reviewing and testing user stories and supporting development teams.
• Experience working in cross-functional Scrum teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Exposure to process improvement initiatives and helping customers select optimal processes.

Qualifications

BE, BTech, MCA, or similar qualification.
