SAP FRUN & DLM- SAP Focused Run (FRUN) Service Manager / Project Manager

Role purpose

The SAP Focused Run (FRUN) Service Manager / Project Manager is responsible for governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of FRUN services, with a primary focus on Compliance Monitoring across enterprise SAP landscapes. The role acts as the primary interface between Application Owners and FRUN Operations and SME teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of SAP systems into FRUN, including Compliance Monitoring, Data Suppliers, and Data Collectors.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
• Own service governance activities and ensure compliance with standards, processes, and service level agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Application Owners.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis, Security, Infrastructure, Operations, and SME teams.
• Prepare operational reports, management dashboards, KPI reviews, and service performance updates.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Drive automation, process optimization, enhanced monitoring, and continuous service improvement.

SAP Data Archiving & Document Management Service Manager

Lead the strategy, governance, delivery, standardization, and continuous improvement of SAP Data Archiving and Document Management services across the enterprise.

• Assess archiving requirements and define project scope, retention policies, compliance obligations, and business outcomes.
• Develop application-specific archiving strategies, implementation roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Lead SAP Data Archiving and Document Management projects through planning, governance, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and operational transition.
• Collaborate with Business, Legal, Audit, Compliance, SAP Product Teams, SAP CS Leads, and technical teams.
• Enhance service standards, operating procedures, onboarding frameworks, templates, reusable assets, and best practices.
• Drive service excellence, KPI reporting, audit readiness, issue resolution, risk management, and escalation management.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.

Required experience

Strong experience in SAP FRUN, SAP Data Archiving, SAP ILM, SAP Document Management/OpenText, service delivery, project or program management, governance, compliance, audit management, and stakeholder engagement. ITIL and Project Management certifications are preferred.
