Job Description
SAP FICO Consultant with a strong understanding of Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Interfaces, and Roles. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FICO configurations and processes to optimize financial management systems and ensure seamless integration across systems.
This role requires a consultant who can bridge the gap between finance and technology, driving efficiency and compliance through expert system configurations and management.
Key Skills and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a specific focus on Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Interfaces, and Roles.
Technical Skills:
- Strong configuration skills in SAP FICO, particularly Asset Accounting, AR, AP, and integration with MM, SD, and custom interfaces.
- Experience with data migration, integration tools, IDocs, and BAPIs for system interfacing.
- Knowledge of SAP Role Management for security and access control.
- Good knowledge of Agile methodology.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with technical teams and financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to train and support users across departments.
Total Experience Expected: 04–06 years
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of finance regulations and accounting practices is a plus.
