Lead the Business Technology Platform global team and manage all R&D within the GBL. Provide insight and expertise in all areas of SAP development and innovation. Be prepared to be hands-on and participate in the development of innovations when required. Be responsible for and govern the innovation funnel, ensuring tight budget control and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 4 multi-million € R&D projects and staff.
- Work with the CTO on innovation strategy.
- Assist with pre-sales and bids in GEOs.
- Prepare and publish blogs and whitepapers.
- Actively engage with senior leaders in key customers to promote offerings and embed new features requested by customers.
Key Requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience as an SAP Development Consultant.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling.
- At least 7 full SAP BTP Integration Suite implementations.
- Experience developing offerings and go-to-market strategy.
- Certified SAP BTP and SAP Business AI.
- Certified in at least one other SAP discipline, which can be functional, technical, or project management.
- Published at least one white paper or blog in the last 12 months.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with C-Suite stakeholders.
