Job description
Lead the Business Technology Platform global team and manage all R&D within the GBL. Provide insight and expertise in all areas of SAP development and innovation. Be prepared to be hands-on and participate in the development of innovations when required. Be responsible for and govern the innovation funnel, ensuring tight budget control and resource allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage four multi-million-euro R&D projects and staff.
- Work with the CTO on innovation strategy.
- Assist with pre-sales and bids in GEOs.
- Prepare and publish blogs and whitepapers.
- Actively engage with senior leaders at key customers to promote offerings and embed new features requested by customers.
Key requirements
- At least 10 years of experience as an SAP Development Consultant.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tooling.
- At least seven full SAP BTP Integration Suite implementations.
- Responsibility for the development of offerings and go-to-market strategy.
- Certified SAP BTP and SAP Business AI.
- Certification in at least one other SAP discipline, which may be functional, technical, or project management.
- At least one published white paper or blog in the last 12 months.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with C-suite stakeholders.
