SAP BRIM Functional Consultant, with SAP MM exposure

Experience required: 6–7 years

Location: Bengaluru

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP BRIM solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and support SAP BRIM processes across Subscription Order Management, Billing, Charging, and Invoicing.
• Work with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP BRIM and SAP SD modules.
• Perform requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support defect analysis, issue resolution, production support, and continuous process improvements.
• Participate in enhancements, upgrades, and implementation projects.
• Prepare functional specifications, business process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Drive stakeholder discussions and provide recommendations for process optimization and best practices.
• Own deliverables, ensure quality standards, and support project milestones.

Qualifications

Mandatory skills: Strong hands-on experience in SAP BRIM, including SAP Subscription Order Management, SAP Convergent Charging, SAP Convergent Invoicing, and billing and revenue management processes. Good understanding of SAP SD and its integration with SAP BRIM, subscription lifecycle management, order management, billing and invoicing, and revenue-related business processes.

Experience in configuration, testing, defect management, and production support is required.

Preferred skills: SAP S/4HANA integration exposure, knowledge of APIs and integration frameworks, and experience in Agile project environments.

Soft skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, collaboration, ownership, and prioritization skills, with a customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. SAP certification in BRIM or related SAP modules is an advantage.
