How you’ll play your part
We're looking for someone who is driven, commercially minded and highly analytical, with a strong understanding of our products, customers and the wider competitive market.
In this role you’ll be responsible for leading sales planning, forecasting, production and wholesale management activities, providing strategic insight and performance reporting to optimise van sales, stock availability, retailer allocation and future business growth.
What you’ll do
- Shape sales plans and forecasts that drive business performance and future growth
- Turn complex market, sales and regulatory data into clear strategic recommendations
- Lead volume planning and identify opportunities to maximise future market potential
- Help optimise retailer targets and vehicle allocation to support ambitious growth goals
- Collaborate across teams to deliver wholesale targets and keep vehicles moving efficiently
- Provide accurate, insight-led reporting that informs key business decisions
- Present confidently to senior stakeholders, translating data into actionable business insights

What you’ll bring
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent financial acumen and advanced Excel and Power BI skills
- A solid grounding in numeracy, communication and problem-solving, with the ability to turn data into action
- Strong understanding of products, customers and the competitive market landscape
- Confident presenter who can translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations
- Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively and deliver quality work under tight deadlines
