Sales Executive – CACEIS Sweden
Location: Stockholm, Sweden
CACEIS is strengthening its presence in the Nordic region and is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join its Stockholm team and contribute to business development across Sweden and the wider Nordic and Baltic markets.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities across the Swedish, Nordic and Baltic markets.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with asset managers, institutional investors, pension funds, banks and insurance companies.
- Present CACEIS services and solutions and conduct commercial negotiations.
- Respond to RFPs and coordinate commercial proposals and agreements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales and onboarding process.
- Initiate onboarding of new client relationships and contribute to client risk and KYC assessments.
- Monitor the market and identify relevant developments and opportunities.
- Represent CACEIS at client meetings, industry events and commercial activities.
- Adapt the commercial approach to the different Nordic and Baltic markets.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in asset servicing, asset management, investment banking or related financial services.
- A completed Master’s degree.
- Strong experience in client relationship management, business development and/or institutional sales.
- Good knowledge of the asset servicing and wider financial services markets.
- Experience in the Swedish market and an established local network is advantageous.
- Strong commercial, communication, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language. French is an advantage.
The position is based in CACEIS’s Stockholm regional office. Candidates currently based in Sweden or willing to relocate are welcome.
