- Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong asset.
Your Role
As a Senior Sales Developer at Capgemini Engineering, you will drive strategic growth within a key account in the high-tech and semiconductor sector. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, combining technical insight with commercial expertise to shape impactful engineering solutions and close high-value deals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to closing contracts—focused on high-impact engineering and R&D services.
- Collaborate with C-level and senior technical stakeholders to understand business challenges and co-create tailored solutions.
- Expand the portfolio by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities in hardware-intensive domains, including mechanical, electrical, and embedded systems.
- Partner with global delivery teams to align offshore capabilities with client needs, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Represent Capgemini Engineering at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the high-tech domain.
