As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our store, helping customers find the right gear, apparel and footwear. You will bring energy, product knowledge and a customer-first attitude to every interaction.
- Previous experience in a sport or fashion retail environment
- Passion for sport, fitness or fashion
- Motivation by targets and knowledge of store KPIs
- Effective customer service and sales skills
- Team player with resilience, eagerness to learn and curiosity
- Good communication skills in English
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Your activities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Act as a brand ambassador by connecting with, engaging and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values
- Work collaboratively to drive sales through visual merchandising, stock replenishment, deliveries and general store upkeep
- Complete applicable training and apply it effectively on the shop floor
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions and trends in sport and fitness
