What we appreciate in our employees

• At least one month of experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs and tools used to interpret them and drive sales.
• Effective customer service and sales skills.
• Teamwork, resilience, eagerness to learn, and curiosity.
• Good communication skills in English.

Your activities

• Be a brand ambassador by connecting with, engaging, and inspiring customers in alignment with adidas values.
• Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management, deliveries, and replenishment to achieve store goals.
• Take ownership of your learning by completing applicable training and applying it effectively on the shop floor.

Contract

This is an 18-hour fixed-term contract until 3 January 2027.
