Capgemini is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Client Partner Director to lead and expand executive relationships within important clients. This highly visible leadership role combines executive relationship management, sales leadership, account strategy, and business development to drive profitable growth.
Your Role
- Own and grow a strategic client portfolio as executive sponsor and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Develop account growth strategies that increase revenue, bookings, profitability, and market share.
- Build executive-level relationships across business, technology, and procurement organizations.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across consulting, applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, AI, engineering, and managed services.
- Lead account planning and develop multi-year growth roadmaps.
- Position Capgemini with board-level and C-suite stakeholders.
- Drive complex deal pursuits and proposal efforts with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with industry leaders, solution teams, alliance partners, and delivery organizations.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and proactively address business challenges and risks.
- Serve as a market ambassador for Capgemini.
Skills and Experience
- Proven success managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, business development, or client leadership within consulting, technology services, or digital transformation.
- Experience selling complex consulting, managed services, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, applications, engineering, or technology solutions.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Track record of exceeding revenue, bookings, and profitability targets.
- Experience leading complex pursuit teams and multimillion-dollar opportunities.
- Strong financial acumen, including account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial negotiation.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation range is $103,879–$282,000. The role may also be eligible for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions.
