What will I be doing?
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Responsibilities include:
- Providing customers with an amazing experience, including help with sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
- Setting up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and the latest fashions, while keeping the stockroom tidy and well organised.
- Delivering a fast, friendly and efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
- Receiving, unpacking and checking off new deliveries, getting products onto the shop floor and ensuring they are correctly priced and meet Primark’s standards.

Pay
The starting base hourly rate for this role is $16.25. This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark. The pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s geographic region of work.
Physical requirements and accommodations
The role requires standing and walking for extended periods, bending, stooping, crouching, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling merchandise and fixtures, operating point-of-sale systems and using handheld devices. Colleagues may occasionally use stairs or ladders and work in varying temperatures. Primark will provide reasonable accommodations as required by applicable law.
