What will I be doing?

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be making our customer’s day, every day. Here’s what this looks like in action:

• Provide customers with an amazing experience by helping with sizes, styles, purchases and returns.
• Set up a good-looking shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms and the latest fashions, while keeping a tidy and well-organised stockroom.
• Deliver a fast, friendly and efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids and returns.
• Receive, unpack and check off new deliveries, get products onto the shop floor and ensure they are correctly priced while meeting high standards.

Who you are

• You’re passionate about people and creating amazing experiences.
• You’re honest and a strong communicator who can listen, share ideas and get involved where needed.
• You have good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• You’re a team player with high motivation, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• You’re interested in fashion and the latest looks.
• Ideally, you have experience working within a busy retail environment.

Pay

The starting base hourly rate for this role is $15.00. This role is eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment at Primark. The pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s geographic region of work.
