Contributes to the achievement or exceeding of sales figures and KPI targets by creating an emotional connection with customers, representing brand values, serving customers, selling products, and diligently executing store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds customer expectations, boosts sales, and drives brand recognition through the customer service model.
• Acts as a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador.
• Uses basic core and seasonal product knowledge in customer service.
• Maintains an appealing, pleasant, inviting, tidy, and clean shopping environment, with attention to visual merchandising.
• Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
• Assists with deliveries and replenishes the sales floor.
• Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while following cash protection procedures.
• Minimizes loss by monitoring stock levels while serving customers.
• Trains new team members where applicable.
• Collaborates respectfully and productively with colleagues to meet or exceed store targets.
• Completes compulsory training and applies learning on the job.
• Continually develops skills and performance.

Additional Responsibilities

Where applicable, performs cashier duties, including correct payment processing, careful product handling, accurate cashing-up procedures, and secure transaction processing.

Where applicable, promotes the online shop through Endless Aisle tablets, stays informed about online products, provides product descriptions and feedback, explains ordering possibilities, and supports customers with questions.

Requisite Education and Experience

• 0–3 years of retail experience.
• Apprenticeship as a sales associate desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
