Purpose and overall relevance to the organization
Supports the execution of store operations across the stockroom and sales floor and carries out assigned tasks conscientiously. Helps ensure product availability for customers by assisting when merchandise is delivered and the sales floor needs replenishing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare merchandise, including unpacking, securing, labeling, and steaming.
- Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
- Maintain an appealing and pleasant environment where customers enjoy shopping.
- Actively learn basic knowledge and facts about seasonal products in the store area and incorporate them into the service approach.
- Follow the rules and procedures applicable to the store, including House of Retail regulations.
- Where applicable, support omnichannel tools such as Ship from Store, Endless Aisle, and Click & Collect.
- Work productively and respectfully with team members.

Required education and experience / minimum requirements
- Good to very good German language skills.
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
- Basic spelling and arithmetic skills, along with communication skills.
