Purpose and overall relevance to the organization
Supports the execution of store operations across the stockroom and sales floor and carries out assigned tasks conscientiously. Builds an emotional connection with customers, lives the adidas brand values, understands store goals, and actively supports achieving them.
Responsibilities
- Prepares merchandise by unpacking, securing, labeling, ironing, and processing products.
- Checks deliveries for completeness against delivery notes.
- Stores merchandise properly with price labeling and maintains the stockroom.
- Prepares, stocks, and replenishes merchandise.
- Uses basic knowledge and facts about seasonal products in the service approach.
- Follows store rules and procedures and maintains a safe shopping and working environment.
- Maintains an attractive and pleasant environment where customers enjoy shopping, with attention to visual merchandising, order, and cleanliness.
- Builds an emotional connection with every customer by acting as a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador.
- Works productively and respectfully with team members to support store goals.
- Supports omnichannel tools where applicable, including Ship from Store, Endless Aisle, and Click & Collect.
- Performs cashier duties, excluding cash reconciliation.

Required education and experience
- Retail sales experience desirable.
- Good to very good German language skills.
- Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.
- Basic spelling and numeracy skills, and communication ability.
