S/4 Hana Finance Transformation Manager/Senior Manager

Your Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Implementation Specialist with expertise in consolidation, group reporting, Treasury and Tax. Seed Accounting is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules.
• Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing and go-live support.
• Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements.
• Implement and support Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation and reporting.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting issues.
• Manage master data such as company codes, GL accounts, ownership rates, trading partners, product classes and fund hierarchies.
• Design processes for cash transfers, dividends, revaluation, translation, investments, general ledger accounting, reporting, disclosure and risk management.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches, internal initiatives, training and practice development.

Required experience

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting.
• Strong understanding of New GL, AP, AR and Asset Accounting.
• Experience implementing SAP Group Reporting, including data integration, consolidation and reporting.
• Experience managing teams and multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud and industry regulations such as IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience in proposition building and delivery, consulting and matrixed organizations.
• SAP Group Reporting, CFA or S/4HANA certification is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
