What You’ll Do
- Leverage data analytics to identify high-volume continuity merchandise opportunities and recommend targeted actions with Supply Chain and Logistics leadership to improve availability and performance.
- Analyze and interpret RFID count saturation test results across departments and depots, providing actionable insights to support operational decision-making.
- Identify and quantify business benefits from RFID implementation, including sales growth, shrink reduction, and process and cost efficiency improvements.
- Develop robust business case proposals and benefit models for Finance review, validation, and investment approval.
- Drive the RFID roadmap by incorporating best practices from vendor partners and leading retailers, while exploring predictive analytics opportunities to enhance performance.
- Monitor RFID market trends and competitor developments, and communicate program progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience working with RFID-generated data, leveraging insights from deployments and use case analyses to drive operational and commercial improvements.
- Extensive retail and supply chain expertise within central functions, with a strong understanding of end-to-end processes and performance drivers.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills, including the development of dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Strong analytical capability with experience combining complex data from multiple sources to generate actionable recommendations and evidence-based business decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts, influence audiences at all levels, and build compelling narratives from data insights.
- Strategic and innovative mindset with a deep interest in retail technology and strong knowledge of RFID applications in large-scale retail environments.
