Revenue Controlling Senior Specialist

Tasks

Controlling

• Revenue and direct cost controlling, including MBEG margin validation for sales.
• Monitor and control FX for market and customs to ensure pricing is in line with targets.
• Monitor variable costs related to direct selling expenses.
• Compare plan and actual results monthly to identify risks and opportunities supporting sales and after-sales departments.
• Monitor achievement of company targets.

Pricing

• Cooperate with the sales department on product pricing for the full model range.
• Set model price positioning to maximize profitability while fulfilling MBEG and headquarters requirements.

Planning

• Coordinate planning and forecasting matters, including turnover, discounts and margins, costing, and direct selling costs.
• Maintain monitoring databases for price and revenue, contribution, and company ROS.

Reporting

• Assist with accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to headquarters and company management.
• Prepare presentations for the board of directors and headquarters to support business decisions.
• Analyze selling prices and variable costs monthly.

Projects

• Participate in ad hoc and follow-up projects, including feasibility studies and new business plans.
• Assist in preparing risk assessment reports required by headquarters.
• Perform ad hoc calculations on request.

Other

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications

Training and qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

Technical knowledge

• Awareness of economic and financial principles.
• Accounting background.

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
• Perfect command of Microsoft Office applications.
