Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Competencies relative to the position.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- Ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical and work environment requirements
- Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions; the noise level is usually moderate.
- Regularly talk or hear; frequently stand, walk, use hands, and reach; occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
