About the role
At adidas, we are looking for supervisors who want to create what will be and make a difference. The Retail Supervisor guides store associates, exceeds customer expectations, and creates an emotional connection with every customer as an adidas Brand ambassador.
What we are looking for
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Retail experience with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and related software.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be 18 years or older and able to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
Physical requirements
- Frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, and hear; occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
