About the role
Use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, and create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador. The role requires building relationships, collaborating with the team, and contributing to a positive store environment.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Retail experience with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and uphold high performance standards.
- Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay
The anticipated base pay range is $22.10/hr to $29.90/hr. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
