About the role
We are looking for a Retail Supervisor who uses retail experience to exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, create emotional connections with customers, and serve as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
What adidas is looking for
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Retail experience with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and various software packages.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
Physical requirements
- Regularly stand, walk, talk, hear, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
- Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Work may involve occasional exposure to outside weather conditions; noise levels are usually moderate.

The anticipated base pay range is $23.45-$30.49. Actual salary depends on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
