Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.

Physical and work environment requirements

The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise. Duties require standing, walking, handling products, reaching, and occasionally sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

The anticipated base pay range is $22.17-$29.99. Actual salary will be based on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
