Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude and ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- Strong English speaking, reading, comprehension, and writing skills.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical and work environment requirements
The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise. Duties require frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, talking, and hearing, as well as occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
