adidas is seeking a Retail Lead for its San Clemente store. The role involves exceeding customer expectations, guiding store associates, creating emotional connections with customers, and representing the adidas brand as a passionate and enthusiastic ambassador.

- Retail experience with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding
- Ability to operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office

- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling objects, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Employees may occasionally work outdoors and perform activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device.
