We are looking for Retail Leads who are creators, confident retail professionals, and collaborators. Use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, and create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Inspirational attitude that contributes to a positive team environment.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical Requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and use of a Brannock device may be required.
