Retail Lead

Responsibilities and competencies
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software packages.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups and communicate effectively.
- Work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and high performance standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling objects. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The position may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise.
