About the role
We are looking for a Retail Lead to guide store associates, exceed customer expectations, and create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups of varying sizes.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
- Work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling objects. Employees must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The role may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions and requires the ability to use a Brannock device.
