Role
We are looking for a Retail Lead to help guide store associates, exceed customer expectations, create emotional connections with customers, and serve as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
Responsibilities and qualifications
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Maintain flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
- Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups and communicate effectively.
- Work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have at least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding are required.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees may occasionally work in outside weather conditions and operate a Brannock device.
