At adidas, we are looking for Leads who challenge the status quo, create meaningful customer connections, and help build a collaborative, high-performing store team.

Key responsibilities and competencies

• Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
• Act as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
• Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.
• Operate personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software packages.
• Lead discussions in diverse groups and communicate effectively.
• Work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and high performance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 12 months of retail experience.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Physical and work environment requirements

The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling objects, and lifting up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Employees may work around outside weather conditions and moderate noise.
