Purpose
Contributes to meeting or exceeding store sales and profit targets by passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand and diligently executing store operations, with a special focus on selected functional areas including Sales, Operations, People, and Visuals.
Key Accountabilities
- Allocates resources and organizes processes within the assigned area of responsibility to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinates the team to consistently execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinates product replenishment from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Implements, monitors, and tracks loss prevention activities.
- Ensures company policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
- Motivates and inspires individuals to maximize performance and contributes to a culture of feedback.
- Raises escalations to the appropriate store manager.
- Provides customer service, uses advanced sales techniques, and supports the adidas brand experience.
- Acts as a resource to associates on product knowledge and complex customer service situations.
- Uses category knowledge and enthusiasm for the brand to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Acts as a Brand Ambassador and adheres to established policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience
- Skilled in operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
The role requires regular talking or hearing; frequent standing, walking, reaching, and using hands; and occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
