About the role
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and help guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with the team.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups of varying sizes.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and maintain high performance standards.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling objects, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and operating a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus.
The employee may occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level is usually moderate.
