Responsibilities and qualities
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Lead discussions with diverse groups of varying sizes.
- Maintain high standards of performance and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

The anticipated base pay range is $20.07–$27.15. Actual salary depends on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and role proficiency.
