At adidas, we are looking for a Retail Lead who creates an exceptional customer experience, guides store associates, builds strong team relationships, and represents the adidas brand with passion and enthusiasm.
Key responsibilities and qualities
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and guide store associates.
- Create an emotional connection with every customer as an adidas Brand ambassador.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Lead discussions with diverse groups and maintain high performance standards.
- Work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Operate personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software packages.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and English-language skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, handling objects, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Employees may be exposed to outside weather conditions and moderate noise.
