Role overview
We are looking for a Retail Lead to exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, create emotional connections with customers, and serve as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador.
- Use retail experience to exceed customer expectations and help guide store associates.
- Build relationships and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size.

Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software packages including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, use discretion, and work effectively under pressure.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 12 months of retail experience.
- Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
Physical requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, use of hands, and reaching. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

The anticipated base pay range is $20.07-$27.15. Actual salary depends on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. adidas participates in E-Verify.
