Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Experience operating personal computers, POS systems, and software including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently, use discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and high performance standards.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 12 months of retail experience.
  • Advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.

Physical requirements

The role requires frequent standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, talking, and hearing. Employees may occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise.
