As a Retail Lead, you will use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations, guide store associates, create emotional connections with customers, and serve as a passionate adidas Brand ambassador. You will build relationships, collaborate with your team, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Retail experience with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail, and industry understanding.
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in a retail environment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficiency with personal computers, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and various software packages.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently, exercise discretion, and perform effectively under pressure.
- Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Well-developed English speaking, reading, comprehension, and writing skills.
Physical Requirements
The role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, and use of hands, with occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and kneeling. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. The role may involve exposure to outside weather conditions and moderate noise.
